Document Confidentiality & Translator NDA

Our team has signed a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA); your sensitive data will never be disclosed to third parties. This obligation is continued even though their work ends with us. Access to your documents is restricted to the team who handles your project, the assigned translator, the proofreader, and the project manager.

Your documents and personal data are stored and protected on secure servers for 3 months for record-keeping and quality assurance purposes, after which they are permanently and securely deleted from our system.

Sharing Your Information with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information and document content to any third party. Information sharing with third parties is strictly limited to cases essential for providing our services. We implement rigorous legal protocols to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality. We may share documents with freelance translators and reviewers who are also subject to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Additionally, personal data is shared with payment service providers for secure processing, and limited information is provided to courier services to ensure the delivery of your documents to your location.

Refund Policy

If the order is cancelled before work has started, any deposit paid will be refunded in full. If translation has already started, the cost of the work that has been completed up to the time of cancellation won’t be refunded. No refunds will be issued for completed translations.
