Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Alsun Translation Services, an MOJ-certified translation company operating in Dubai, UAE, since 2016. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of all our translation and interpretation services provided by us, whether requested online, by email, in person, or through any other channel. By accessing our website, submitting your document, and requesting a translation quote or other engagement with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to individual clients and corporate clients equally.Services Provided

Order Placement & Confirmation
Orders may be placed through our website, via WhatsApp, by email, or in person at our office. The process of requesting a translation service proceed as follows:- You must provide a clear copy of the original document or the original document itself.
- Choose the required language pair, and tell us the translation purpose and the receiving entity, whether it is embassy, ministry, court, university, or others.
- You will receive a detailed quote for translation cost and timeline. To confirm this, we kindly ask that you proceed with the payment of the translation cost.
- The submitted document is incomplete or of bad quality to translate accurately.
- We suspect the document is fraudulent or altered.
- The content violates the UAE laws, public morals, or public policy.
- The Client fails to provide necessary information to complete the order.
Turnaround Time & Delivery
Turnaround times vary depending on the document type, length, the required language pair, and other requirements. After we analyse your order, the turnaround will be confirmed in the quotation. Here is a general guide:|

Pricing & Payment Terms
Translation pricing is determined according to the document type, word count or document length, the language pair, turnaround time, and urgency request. The cost is calculated per page (200 words) or a flat rate for standard documents. Our prices are subject to UAE Value Added Tax (VAT). We accept payment via bank transfer, in cash, or verified online payment applications. Payment terms are:- Standard document translation: full payment upon quote confirmation.
- Long project and corporate request: a deposit of 50% is required upfront, and the remaining balance is due upon delivery or as per the agreed-upon schedule.
- Urgent services: full payment in advance.
Certified Translation & Acceptance Guarantee
A certified translation issued by Alsun Translation Services includes our official stamp, a signed accuracy statement, and the signature of an MOJ-licensed translator. Certified translations that are issued by Alsun are recognized and accepted by UAE government entities, ministries, courts, embassies, legal institutions, universities and schools, and banks. The acceptance of translated documents is the responsibility of the submitting party, as institutional requirements can change without notice. We cannot guarantee acceptance by any particular authority, regardless of the translation’s accuracy. If a document is rejected due to a mistake from our side (e.g., mistranslation or layout issues), we will correct it at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover rejections due to errors in the source document, updated authority requirements, or incorrect information provided by the client. We strongly advise clients to verify that their documents meet the specific requirements and purpose of the intended authority and to ensure the accuracy of all information and data before submitting them for translation.Confidentiality & Document Security
We handle all client documents and personal information with the utmost security and confidentiality through the following measures:- We utilize platforms secured with the highest levels of cyber protection to prevent hacking and data leaks, ensuring your documents are shared safely and professionally within our team.
- Every team member is bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to guarantee that your personal and sensitive information is never shared with third parties.
- Translated documents are stored on secure servers for 3 months, after which they are permanently and securely deleted.
Client Responsibilities
By requesting our services, you agree to:- Provide complete and accurate copies of your documents for translation.
- Ensure you have the legal right to submit the documents for translation.
- Accurately understand the purpose of translation and the destination authority’s requirements.
- Respond instantly to any requests of clarification and additional information.
- Review the translation upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours if there are any adjustments.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Client remains the owner of all original documents and confirms their legal authority to request their translation. Once the service is paid in full, the Client owns the translated work and may use it as wished. Alsun holds no rights over your translated content. With the client’s prior consent, Alsun may use parts of the translated content for its corporate portfolio, case studies, or marketing purposes, provided that no personal data or sensitive information is disclosed. Alsun reserves all rights to its business name, logo, website material, and the specific tools or methods used in providing our translation services.Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, the maximum amount we will pay as compensation for any issue is limited to the total fees you paid for that specific service.
- We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from our services, such as lost profits or missed business opportunities.
- Since government rules and requirements change frequently, we are not responsible if an embassy, court, or any other authority rejects a document, unless it is proven that the rejection was caused by a clear error in our translation.
- We are not liable for any delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. This includes global internet outages, natural disasters, government procedures, shipping delays, or public holidays.
